Secondary school applications for 2022 are now closed. 

Achieving for Children - Destination Year 7

Achieving for Children have created a virtual event so that parents can look at schools that they are interested in for secondary transfer.  You can choose from the menu of videos to view the schools you wish to understand more about. Please click on th image below to access the library of videos.

Secondary Admissions for 2023

Children born between 1 September 2011 and 31 August 2012 are due to start year seven at secondary school in September 2023.

Use the eAdmissions website from 1 September 2022 to apply online for your child’s secondary school place.

You can name up to six schools in your application including academy or free schools and schools in other council areas.

If you do not live in the borough, you need to apply through your own council and you can include Richmond schools in your application.

The closing date for applying for a year 7 place for 2023 is 31 October 2022.
