    The SSE Women's FA Cup Final returns to Wembley in May 2019, following last season's record-breaking attendance, which saw Chelsea victorious over local London rivals Arsenal. If you want to avoid the Army and Navy crowds on Saturday, why not treat your family to a day out at Wembley Stadium.

  • Combination Dance Workshops - Equality for all in Sport

    We had some good news that Combination Dance - the fantastic company that came last year to deliver last year's workshops to celebrate 100 Years since the Women received the vote - were awarded a Civic Pride grant to deliver some free workshops in 5 schools across the borough including 3 primary schools.  And St. Stephen's was lucky enough to be one of them!

  • Catching some Zzzzzzzzzzzs...Year 6 learn how to sleep happy

    Across the course of this half term, Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 have had weekly lessons from the wonderful Bronwen Ballard all around understanding and improving our mental health, well-being and ability to practise mindfulness. Each week there has been a different focus tailored appropriately for each of the different age groups: Self-awareness, feelings and gratitude, self compassion, self belief and strengths and finally, positive relationships and random acts of kindness! At the end of each session we've been learning how to take part in mindfulness as an activity which has been a delight in its own right!
