Year Three spend the day as archeologists!
Year Three have had two exciting school trips over the past week.
Last Friday they travelled into London to visit the British Museum, where the children were given iPads and tasked with completing an online quiz as they explored the museum.
This week both Year Three classes visited the Richmond Museum for an archaeological workshop (pictured).
Pupils examined artefacts from the three eras of the stone age, the paleolithic, mesolithic and bronze age.
They used historical information to observe, analyse and record information about the artefacts and then determine which era each piece was from.
