Wishing all our families a healthy and peaceful Easter
This isn't quite the Easter Term we had planned and all of us are adjusting to a new and unusual way of life.
At this point we'd usually include a few lines about our joyful Easter Service at St. Stephen's Church with some references to stand out performances and hard work. Or the host of charity and FOSS activities that would have taken place over the past few weeks.
However, whilst we haven't been able to celebrate, play or fundraise with you all, we have still seen remarkable unity amongst our St. Stephen's family.
Using the wonderful technology available to us, we can still see your wonderful work; we are still engaging in conversations; we have seen your remarkable effort and we have been able to see your smiling faces and hear your voices.
We have seen how you are all reassuring each other and building each other up in your Classroom exchanges. We have had kind words from our parents and children which does wonders at building up the teachers and admin staff who have been working behind the scenes to keep the children learning.
Thank you for your support, patience and co-operation.
For now, enjoy the Easter Holiday before you. Make the most of having your family around you and look for the positives that brings. Most of us will never have another holiday quite like this one.
Look after each other, have fun and stay safe.
